Job Description

We are currently hiring for our client : Fast-growing global technology company with advanced AI-led transportation and logistics management platform. Solutions help large enterprises optimize end-to-end supply chain operations from planning and routing to execution and settlement improving service levels, reducing costs, and enabling sustainable delivery at scale. Experience Level: 5+ years in B2B content / marketing leadership


About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Content Lead who can defin e, build, and execute a high-impact content strategy across digital channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong storyteller, and experienced team leader with proven success in driving brand visibility, thought leadership, and pipeline growth through content.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and own the content strategy across website, blog, social, email, case studies, whitepapers, and video.

- Conduct audience and competitor research to identify content opportunities and positioning themes.

- Oversee end-to-end content production ideation, briefing, writing, editing, publishing, and distribution.

- Ensure content quality, tone consistency, SEO alignment, and strong user experience.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership:

- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to create product-focused content, customer stories, and enablement assets.

- Work closely with SEO/SEM teams to maximize organic reach and performance.

- Manage freelancers, agencies, and external content partners where required.


Performance & Analytics:

- Define content KPIs and regularly report performance metrics and impact.

- Use analytics tools to derive insights and continuously optimize content strategy.

- Manage content budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.


Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing (preferably in SaaS / technology / enterprise industry).

- 2+ years of experience leading content teams or managing freelancers/agencies.

- Demonstrated ability to convert complex business goals into actionable content strategy.

- Strong expertise in SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
